Food Sensitivity is described as a physiological response associated with a particular food, or compound found in a range of foods that will produce symptoms in one or more organ systems but not necessarily classified as a true food allergy. Usually the response is less obvious in presentation and remains undetected for a long while. Some may never know, but others may exhibit a wide range of symptoms that are eventually traced back to changes in immune integrity and various food sensitivites.
A food sensitivity profile along with other laboratory assessments must be addressed when the following symptoms are present.
- Skin Rash
- Fatigue
- Headaches
- Digestive Problems
- Brain Fog
- Asthma
- Behavioral Changes
